Job Description

•Req Number•187632 Job Description Responsible for the implementation, scheduling and facilitating training content for and to the newly onboarded team members as well as seasoned team members. Continuously renew and create learning strategies that lead to efficient and successful training and skilled outcomes. Job Responsibility + Ensures alignment of the patient experience with the health system's vision, values, objectives, strategic goals and key success factors. + Participates in the development of education materials and manuals; participates in the design and development of learning experiences; instruction strategies for new and existing training programs. + Facilitates training sessions. + Coordinates training program schedules with participants, instructors and facility management. + Ensures that the educational programs and material availability are communicated to appropriate departments. + Oversees needs assessment within the department to determine direction of training programs. + Ensures learning facilities are set-up and ready for training program events including equipment; prepares and distributes training aids; instruction materials, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids. + Uses knowledge and skills to contribute to the development of functional objectives and principles to achieve goals in innovative ways. Roadblocks encountered are of diverse scope and complexity. + Develop a partnership and maintain open communication channels with business partners. + Performs related duties as required. Job Qualification + Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. + 5-7 years of relevant experience and progressive experience where team leadership was demonstrated, required. •Additional Salary Detail The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).
