Position Introduction:
The Senior Coordinator for Academic Resilience in the Academic Success Center will support the endeavor of assisting OU students successfully transition into the university and leading initiatives that focus on students' academic resilience. The primary responsibilities include supporting the Strategies (UNIV 2001) and Transitions (UNIV 3001) courses, assisting with instructor training, ongoing development and support, and leading the Crimson Compass program as well as the Finals Destress event each semester.

Support for Strategies (UNIV 2001) courses Work with Data Analyst to identify Strategies students Send communication regarding enrollment Enroll students in Strategies Track Strategies engagement and provide outreach Develop

Pre and Post Survey Assist with Review of course syllabi and calendars Review and update Strategies instructor resource Canvas page Assist with Foundations (UNIV 1002), Summer Foundation to College Learning (UNIV 1013), (UNIV 1022), AND Transitions (UNIV 3001) courses Assist with instructor trainings and development Review syllabi and calendars Lead Crimson Compass (CC) program Identify eligible students Develop programming for fall and spring semesters to resolve academic problems Work with ASC Director of Operations on tuition waivers Oversee Midterm Outreach Support Connect with college advising units to support and provide resources for midterm outreach. Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree. 12 months in student programming, student services, or closely related experience.
Equivalency/Substitution:
Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 60 months experience.
Required Certifications and Licenses:
