Responsibilities:
Utilize instructional design and adult learning principles to support the conception, design, and development of learning assets and experiential learning Support and work with team members on the development of learning paths, translating business content into learner-centered experiences Support the curation and review of learning assets to meet defined learning outcomes Review learning experiences against outlined training objectives, company brand standards, and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements Evaluate learning solutions to ensure they are blended, relevant, support diverse learning styles, and are designed for long-term retention Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
Minimum one year of recent Learning & Development experience preferred; preferably in instructional design or learning development from a professional services firm Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in adult education, learning science, or related discipline inclusive of instructional design Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 and AI tools for learning design and development Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills, with a proven track record of taking initiative and working independently Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%, as needed Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future;
