What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. 5+ Years of Experience in Child Care Experience in curriculum implementation and administration Excellent organization and communication skills Tech-savvy - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Why Join Us?

What You'll Do:
Implement and coordinate early childhood curriculum - deliver hands-on classroom instruction, support lesson planning, and maintain accurate instructional documentation. Engage families and the community - participate in outreach events and help build meaningful connections between the school and the families it serves. Build relationships with children, families, and colleagues - create a warm, welcoming environment and serve as a trusted point of contact for parents and caregivers. Ready to inspire and lead?
