In this role the Clinical Education Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., sales, senior management, marketing, etc.) to conceptualize, design, deliver, and manage clinical content that improves the knowledge and skills of the sales force as well as the customer base.
  • Must be an RN with at least 3 years of ICU experience to be considered for this role.

Clinical Education Specialist Responsibilities:
Clinical Develop and deliver clinical content for internal and external audiences Lead and/or collaborate with colleagues to write and provide clinical guidance on content for various clinical and product materials Collaborate with product development team for clinical input on products Act as a clinical subject matter expert Training Provide in-field clinical sales support to reinforce training and drive customer engagement Train and certify sales representatives on clinical & product concepts both in person and virtually Develop and deliver clinical presentations/activities for sales support functions Maintain and manage the internal learning management system (LMS), including course creation, content uploads, user assignments, reporting, and ongoing optimization Participate in off-site training related events and meetings Other Manage and collaborate with a team of key opinion leaders (KOL's) Attend company, professional conferences, and/or tradeshows as required Support current product advancement alongside engineering and marketing teams
Clinical Education Specialist Qualifications:
  • Must be a Registered Nurse to be considered. 5-7 yrs. of nursing experience. Must have 3+ years of ICU nursing experience. 2 yrs. of clinical education and training experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be open to 40% domestic travel. Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Must be able to meet vendor credentialing requirements.
  • This position requires visits to healthcare facilities to demonstrate products and meet with potential customers.
