Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in instructional design, education, or other relevant field (or equivalent work experience and/or certification)
- Graduate degree highly desired
- Minimum four years of experience developing and implementing training, technical assistance, capacity-building, or education programs
- Experience developing innovative virtual multimedia trainings, such as webinars, online courses, self-paced e-learning, etc.
- Proven ability to develop training curricula, help documentation and other support materials
- Deep understanding of instructional design principles (including adult learning theory)
- Instructional Design certification preferred
- Experience contributing to program monitoring and evaluation (data collection, management, and reporting)
- Experience with webinar software
- Top-notch writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with eLearning content creation software, audio/video editing tools, and the MS Office suite
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Fast learner, creative problem solver
- Experience engaging with subject matter experts and building collaborative trainings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: ability to effectively liaise with colleagues on all levels in a multicultural environment
- Familiarity with ORR unaccompanied children programming a plus
- Employment contingent on successful acquisition of a Tier 2 Certificate of Public Trust government background investigation
Language Skills:
English language fluency, Spanish highly preferred

$70,000 - $85,000) Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget.
