Neuro is seeking a part time Administrative Coordinator to support our Professional Education and Events team. This role is ideal for a highly organized administrative professional with experience supporting physician programs, clinical education, or healthcare events in a regulated environment. We are open to remote candidates for this position. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support for professional education and events, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination with cross functional teams. Manage contracting process, compliance documentation, and invoice processing for physician speakers, proctors, consultants, and vendors. Assist with logistics for training programs and events-travel coordination, attendee communication, agenda updates, material tracking, and post event follow up. Maintain organized systems for KOLs, event files, timelines, and tracking tools. Support distribution and inventory of event materials and resources for field teams. Qualifications Strong administrative or coordination experience, preferably in healthcare, medical education, or medical devices. Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Smartsheet, SAP, Wrike or workflow tools a plus. Familiarity with physician contracting or compliance related processes preferred. Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast paced environment. Business acumen for thoughtfully handling important relationships and cross-communication with other company stakeholders.
