Background:
To ensure that our students have access to high-quality educators, we are hiring an MTEL Preparation Course Designer to create a 6-week course of study that covers the basics of everything to do with the educator licensure process in Massachusetts, including applying for a license, advancing a license, options for competency review, approved test alternatives, how to request accommodations, and more.
What You'll Do:
In the role of MTEL Preparation Course Designer, you will assist the HR team. Working part-time (some remote and some in-person), after school hours, for approximately 5-7 hours per week, you will apply creativity to research, synthesize, and create a course of study that covers all of the essentials of understanding the educator licensure process in Massachusetts.
Role Responsibilities:
Research educator licensure process in Massachusetts through DESE Synthesize information to ensure it's easily understandable and accessible and create a 6-week course of study covering the basics of everything to do with the educator licensure process in Massachusetts Other duties as proposed
Qualifications:
