Hourly Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Assess the current Point site architecture and identify areas for improvement and upgrade. Lead the end-to-end technical upgrade, including planning, testing, customization, and migration. Work closely with BTS, business stakeholders, and end users to define requirements and ensure business continuity. Troubleshoot and resolve upgrade-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption. Develop and document processes for site management, backup, and recovery. Assist with user training and create operational guides or launch documentation. Oversee the operational launch of the upgraded site, ensuring accessibility, functionality, and a seamless user experience. Monitor post-launch performance and address any feedback or technical challenges.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Point upgrades and migrations (Point Online and/or On-Premise). Strong technical background in Point architecture, configuration, and customization. Excellent project management and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Experience with user training and operational support preferred.
