Work Arrangement:
- This role is based remotely but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Austin, Detroit, Mountain View or Warren, you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at a minimum

- : The Instructional Design Supervisor will lead the instructional design team in developing innovative and effective learning solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership
- : Manage,mentorand coachthe instructional design team, ensuring high performance, professional growth and upskilling to latest industry trends +
- Project Oversight
- : Plan, prioritize, and supervise instructional design projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Strategy Development
- : Develop and implement instructional design strategies aligned with organizational objectives and learner needs +
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- : Work closely with subject matter experts, leadership, and cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and deliver impactful solutions +
- Quality Assurance
- : Ensure instructional materials adhere to best practices, design standards, and adult learning principles that are cutting edge with latest industry trends +
- Technology Integration
- : Drive the adoption of cutting-edge tools and technologies to enhance learning experiences +
- Evaluation
- : Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, recommending adjustments as needed +
- Budget Management
- : Manage resources and budgets effectively to optimize project outcomes
- Qualifications
- : + 5-7+ years of experience + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience + Proven experience in instructional design with working examples to show + Proven experience in team management + Expertise in instructional design models (e.
Compensation:
- The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate. +
- The salary range for this role is $88,100 to $140,700.
