Project Goal:

The client is launching a Dynamics project and needs to build training, specifically e-learning, for the distribution team in Tennessee.

Role Details:

They are looking for two E-learning Developers to sit in Lansing, primarily focusing on e-learning, with potential for ILT work.

Required Skills:

Candidates must be highly proficient in Camtasia for microlearnings and Articulate Rise for CBTs; Dynamics experience is a bonus but not essential.

Urgent Timeline:

The project has a short timeframe, with a target launch by September, requiring quick execution.

Development Process:

high level team members will handle storyboarding and scripting, then hand off to the developers for building and review by the business.

Experience Level:

Mid to high-level candidates (5-7 years experience) are required, as there is no time to train early-career individuals.

Portfolio & Interview:

Candidates must provide a portfolio of their individual work, and the interview may include a mock presentation or on-the-fly project creation.

Microlearning & CBT Structure:

Microlearnings should be 2-4 minutes, focused on specific tasks, for pre-learning and post-learning reference; CBTs will be used for pre-learning and onboarding.

On-site Requirement:

The roles require candidates to work on-site in Lansing for better team collaboration.
