Full Job Description Work Schedule :
100 FTE%, day shift. 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM. This is a hybrid position and you will be working a minimum of 2-3 days per week in office. When onsite, you will work at 448 Science Drive Suite 250 in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking an OTD Education Specialist to join UW Organ and Tissue Donation in Madison, WI. This impactful role centralizes and elevates training to strengthen staff performance, ensure regulatory compliance, build staff competency, and maximize life-saving organ donation outcomes. As an OTD Education Specialist , you will: Design and deliver engaging training and competency programs (in-person, virtual, e-learning, simulation, etc.) for organ donation professionals Lead new-hire onboarding, orientation, and competency assessments Manage effective Learning Management Systems (LMS) to provide education and track training compliance Translate regulatory changes into clear, targeted education plans Support quality improvement and cross-team knowledge sharing Join a purpose-driven team where your expertise in education directly contributes to saving more lives.
