POSITION OVERVIEW
Socium Advisors is seeking an experienced retirement plan advisor to educate retirement plan participants on steps and strategies to achieve personal financial security. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and can manage and prioritize a high level of diverse and deadline-driven tasks. This role is responsible for implementing educational programming and employee support strategies for Socium Advisors' retirement plan clients.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver and document education service review meetings with retirement plan clients. Prepare and deliver content outlined in clients' respective education service calendar. Conduct individual & group education & enrollment meetings. Responsible for completion and documentation of education service tasks received from participants, clients, and Plan Advisors. Support education needs and service tasks during new client onboarding process. Supports Education Team Manager with the delivery of the employer and employee education webinar series. Responsible for the execution of complex education service tasks and client communications. Expected to proactively assess client education needs and coordinate with Education Team Manager to modify procedures and client deliverables. Tracks work time allocated to supporting each retirement plan client. Stay current on investment trends and industry-relevant content from recordkeepers, DCIOs, trade publications, and regulatory updates.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum one year of experience as a licensed financial services professional.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Ability to complete the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, obtain life & health insurance licenses, and obtain Series 6 & 63 FINRA licenses.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to clear a criminal background check
- Occasional travel is required for client meetings and firm retreats.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Retirement plan or employee benefit sales/service experience
- Experience with financial planning and wealth management
- Experience with Microsoft Office software
LOCATION
Milwaukee, WI
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, Zoom, copy/fax, and smartphones. Occasionally the role will require driving to a client's place of business to meet with employees.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
