Job Description

Ametros is changing the way individuals navigate healthcare by providing them with the tools and support necessary to make educated decisions on how to spend their medical funds. Ametros's team works closely with patients, insurers, employers, attorneys, brokers, medical providers, and Medicare to create a seamless experience for our clients. Our flagship product is revolutionizing the way funds from insurance claim settlements are administered after settlement. Ametros continues to innovate, bringing new solutions to the market with the goal of simplifying healthcare for our clients. We make managing medical funds safe, effortless, and cost effective for everyone. The Provider Education Specialist is the main point of contact for high level provider communication. The Provider Education Specialist will be responsible for connecting with and educating providers about Ametros, CareGuard and our other products to help ease the claims management process. What you will do Educate providers on professional administration services and appropriate billing processes. Develop and maintain relationships with large provider groups nationally. Collaborate with Member Care, Member Onboarding, Provider Onboarding and Sales on complicated cases. Perform training, orientation and coaching for performance improvement within the network and assist with claim resolution. Serve as a primary contact for provider escalations and act as a liaison between the provider and CareGuard. Effectively respond to external provider related issues. Investigate, resolve and communicate provider claim issues and changes. Skills and Abilities Working knowledge of medical or workers' compensation billing, and/or claims processing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in Microsoft Office programs, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and more. Strong organization and time management skills. Knowledge of Medicare and/or Medicare Set Aside Accounts. Education Qualifications H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required Experience Qualifications 3-4 years experience in provider call center, provider relations or provider networks required 3-4 years experience in healthcare or the workers' compensation field required The estimated salary range for this position is $25.00USD to $27.00USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
