Provide clients with high quality support for state initiatives and Leadership and Instructional Foundations for Texas (LIFT) Component Program areas, including: telephone, electronic, or walk-in assistance and training assistance.Assist the LIFT Component including:
scheduling, tracking, reporting information, and marketing for professional development services and LIFT products. Provide multifaceted administrative support for meetings across the region.POSITION REQUIREMENTS
JOBKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS/ABILITIES
Knowledge Associate's degree required from an accredited university; major in education preferred. Three years of relevant experience required. Experience with data collections and reporting preferred. Experience with Canvas administrative software preferred. Skills/Abilities Demonstrated ability to organize time and workloads efficiently to meet deadlines. Demonstrated strong customer service orientation. Proficiency with standard functions within applications such as Microsoft 365/Google, (word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software), e-mail, web browsers, and databases. Proficiency with computers (PCs and/or MACs) to include file and desktop management and operations and working in a cloud-based and/or networked environment. Exceptions to these requirements will be considered based on exemplary skills, knowledge, and record of success.PRODUCTS/OUTCOMES
Respond to all client telephone calls and take prompt and appropriate action. Ensure that requests for services are promptly handled and that proper output and information is delivered. Assist and facilitate with and/or conduct LIFT training. Act as first line of problem-solving LIFT state initiatives and related activities. Provide technical support to clients in the program areas of the LIFT Component. Serve as a resource in identifying client or data problems and suggest corrective measures. Follow up with Texas Education Agency (TEA) on all requests for TEAL accounts in a professional and timely manner. Assist in the printing, preparation, and mailing of workshop materials, correspondence, and LIFT updates to clients. Make arrangements for conferences, meetings, webinars, and workshops. Assist theESC-20 LIFT
team as required to provide high quality services and products to clients. Work in tandem with Educational Consultants to provide high quality services and products to clients.INITIATIVE

This role primarily operates in an in-person, dynamic office setting, characterized by frequent verbal communication, movement, and collaboration among team members (small to large in-person gatherings/meetings); exposure to low or intense illumination; exposure to office equipment noise; may work prolonged or irregular hours; occasional travel; and, occasional remote work (after pre-determined length of employment).Mental Demands:

Dress and groom appropriately for the ESC-20 work setting. Travel independently to fulfill responsibilities of the position. Maintain regular and reliable attendance, majority in-person/onsite.
