HMH's Revenue Enablement team partners with internal sales teams and sales leadership to deliver high‑impact learning solutions that drive business results. All learning created by this team is for internal audiences only; no customer‑facing materials are produced. Position Summary
The Senior Learning Designer is responsible for the end‑to‑end design, development, and delivery of engaging learning experiences for HMH's internal sales and sales leadership audiences. This role blends instructional design expertise, multimedia development, facilitation, and strong collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end instructional design and development for internal sales enablement initiatives.
Design and develop eLearning experiences using industry‑standard authoring tools.
Create job aids, playbooks, and performance support tools for internal sales teams.
Provide graphic design and PowerPoint design support using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Design and edit instructional videos and multimedia learning assets.
Develop and edit audio content including podcasts, interviews, and voiceover narration.
Design, develop, and deliver virtual instructor‑led training (VILT) experiences.
Manage projects independently from intake through launch and evaluation.
Collaborate closely with Revenue Enablement teammates and step in to support colleagues as needed.
Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve content based on feedback and data. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or related field.
3-5+ years of experience designing and developing corporate learning solutions.
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Core Competencies

Salary Range:
$95 - 99,000 #
