$45,000 - $50,00 (DOE) ASAP Personnel is seeking a highly analytical, professional, and detail-oriented Risk Assessment Specialist to evaluate client properties, management companies, business relationships, and collection-related concerns before staffing placements are approved or continued. This role is critical in helping protect the company from financial loss, operational issues, reputational concerns, collection risks, and unreliable client partnerships. The ideal candidate will assess overall business risk associated with management companies while also monitoring payment reliability, outstanding balances, and financial accountability to determine whether continued staffing support aligns with company standards and expectations. The ideal candidate is confident, observant, capable of handling difficult conversations professionally, and experienced in identifying financial, operational, and collection-related concerns within the property management industry. Responsibilities Evaluate apartment communities, management companies, and client relationships Identify financial, operational, reputational, collection, and business-related risks Review client payment history, outstanding balances, communication patterns, professionalism, and operational practices Follow up on overdue invoices, payment concerns, and unresolved account issues when necessary Investigate recurring issues, complaints, or concerns involving properties or management groups Create professional risk reports and recommendations for leadership review Determine whether staffing assignments should continue, pause, require collection follow-up, or escalation Communicate directly with property managers, regional managers, and company leadership Assist leadership in making informed business decisions regarding partnerships, placements, and financial exposure Maintain detailed documentation and confidentiality at all times Travel to properties when necessary for evaluations and meetings Qualifications Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities Experience in staffing, property management, operations, collections, compliance, or account management preferred Ability to remain objective and professional under pressure Strong reporting, documentation, and organizational skills Highly detail-oriented with strong observational abilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Preferred Experience Apartment industry experience Staffing industry experience Client account management Collections, accounts receivable, or financial review experience Vendor or business relationship management Why Join ASAP Personnel Opportunity to directly impact company growth and operational quality Leadership-level visibility within the organization Fast-paced and professional environment Growth opportunities within operations and management Work with one of Texas' leading apartment staffing companies #INDDAL
