Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (overtime available) Position Summary The Bilingual Electrical Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality electrical training programs in both English and Spanish, focused on code compliance, safety, and industry best practices. This role requires a strong technical background in electrical systems, extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), and proven experience teaching or training electrical professionals and apprentices in a bilingual classroom environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver classroom and hands-on instruction in electrical theory, NEC standards, and safety practices in both English and Spanish Teach students how to effectively navigate and apply the NEC code book Develop, update, and present training materials aligned with NCCER curriculum standards Conduct

safety training and OSHA-related coursework Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback Maintain accurate training records and documentation Collaborate with leadership to ensure curriculum meets industry and regulatory requirements Adapt instructional methods to support diverse learning styles and language needs Candidate Requirements Education & Certifications Completed electrical apprenticeship program

Train-the-Trainer OSHA 30 and
OSHA 500
Experience as an NCCER curriculum trainer preferred Experience Minimum of 10 years of electrical industry experience Prior experience working as an instructor or trainer Experience teaching in bilingual (Spanish/English) environments strongly preferred Technical Skills Strong mastery of NEC standards and code application Ability to translate complex electrical code concepts into clear instructional content Proficiency with basic electrical tools and machinery Soft Skills & Attributes Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Curriculum development experience Basic computer proficiency, including Excel and PowerPoint Must-Have Qualifications Experience as an electrical instructor Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English Experience teaching NEC navigation and interpretation NCCER curriculum experience preferred Nice-to-Have Qualifications Master Electrician license preferred (Journeyman with 10+ years considered) Experience with the apprenticeship training process

$42.00 - $52.00 per hour
