This role is ideal for a veteran educator who is looking to step into meaningful leadership with reduced hours, while continuing to shape high-quality teaching and learning. You will work closely with faculty to strengthen instructional practices, support curriculum implementation, and help guide the overall academic vision of the school. If you are passionate about education, mentorship, and building strong classrooms—this is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact without a full-time commitment. Key Responsibilities Instructional Leadership Conduct regular classroom observations and provide clear, actionable, and supportive feedback to teachers. Serve as a mentor and instructional coach for both new and experienced educators. Foster a culture of professional growth, collaboration, and reflective practice. Curriculum Coordination Oversee the consistent implementation of preschool and elementary curricula. Ensure alignment with high academic standards and strong student engagement. Work with teachers to refine lesson planning, differentiation, and instructional strategies. Data-Driven Growth Review and analyze student assessment data to identify trends and guide instruction. Support teachers in using data to inform interventions and enrichment opportunities. Staff Development Assist in planning and facilitating professional development sessions based on school needs. Provide ongoing support and resources to help teachers strengthen their craft. Vertical Alignment Help ensure continuity and progression of learning from preschool through elementary grades. Qualifications Experience Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a K-5 or Early Childhood setting. Proven experience mentoring teachers or supporting instructional growth. Education Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Education or related field preferred. Skills & Strengths Strong instructional expertise and deep understanding of effective teaching practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to give feedback that is both supportive and growth-oriented. Comfortable using educational technology and data systems. Why Join Us?
