Months Job Description:
Design, develop, and implement training curricula. Develop alternative teaching techniques and motivational methods to enhance learning engagement. Assist in designing multimedia curriculum, eLearning modules, and computer-aided instructional technologies. Format training materials developed by other staff and ensure content clarity and accessibility. Develop and maintain training materials, including course outlines, instructional guides, multimedia aids, and technical documentation. Design, prepare, and deliver technical training programs.
