As a Curriculum Coordinator, you will play a vital role in shaping and enhancing educational programs that inspire and empower learners. You will collaborate with educators and stakeholders to implement and evaluate curriculum initiatives that align with best practices in instructional design. Your expertise in learning technologies and project management will be key to fostering an engaging learning environment. •You will NOT create curriculum• What you'll do Work with teachers to implement curriculum frameworks that meet educational standards and learner needs. Monitor and approve Pro care communications. Ensure compliance with minimum standards Quality assurance checks in the classroom Participate in community events and activities to promote our school in the area Train new hires on classroom management and curriculum implementation Drive the bus for Afterschool pickups Report to the director and execute other duties as assigned Conduct regular assessments of curriculum effectiveness through data analysis and feedback collection. Facilitate professional development workshops focusing on instructional strategies and learning technology integration. Drive the bus whenever needed Other duties as assigned by director Basic qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Experience in early childhood education or classroom teaching that informs curriculum development practices.
