Full Job Description Primary Purpose:
Provide coaching and support to classroom teachers to ensure the continuous development of instructional skills among assigned teachers. Assist in analyzing student assessment data and developing plans for improvement to ensure the highest level of quality. Act as an instructional liaison in organizing, providing, and delivering staff development and teacher training.
Qualifications:
Education Bachelor's degree Master's degree preferred Valid Texas teaching certificate Special Knowledge/Skills Knowledge of curriculum design and implementation Ability to interpret data and evaluate instruction programs and teaching effectiveness Ability to develop and deliver training to adult learners Ability to utilize technology and information resources Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience Three years teaching experience
