Join us as a Senior Instructional Designer & Facilitator to craft and lead transformative workshops that redefine workflows in AI-driven settings. This remote contract role offers a unique chance to collaborate with leaders and inspire impactful change. Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive learning experiences focused on workflow transformation and AI integration. Utilize systems thinking to help participants identify and optimize process interdependencies. Create dynamic content, including live workflow mapping and reflective activities. Lead interactive sessions that challenge and engage diverse audiences, from managers to senior leaders. Navigate group dynamics and foster critical thinking to drive actionable outcomes. Skills 8-12+ years of experience as a senior instructional designer and facilitator. Outstanding facilitation skills with the ability to energize and engage participants. Strong foundation in systems thinking and adaptability in ambiguous situations. Resourceful and agile approach to problem-solving and workshop design. Preferred Skills Proven experience in designing and delivering workshops for senior leadership. Skill in visualizing and redesigning workflows across various teams and functions. Proficiency in Visio for process mapping and workflow visualization. Understanding of AI applications in business processes.
