Job Description:
The ScribeConcepts publishing project management network is actively seeking seeking Spanish Language Arts experts for upcoming curriculum projects. Candidates must have direct, robust SLA/language immersion/dual language experience. Qualified candidates will be scheduled for interviews and required to complete a short vetting task for the role. When selected, you will be virtually onboarded and complete non-disclosure and business agreements. Invoices for payment are submitted at the beginning of each month for the previous months work and are paid by direct deposit within 30 days. Curriculum Content Developer A Curriculum Content Developer provides vision and leadership in the design and development of highly effective education products to meet a clients specific needs. This position works directly with the Director of Publishing Operations and Content Manager to weave research-based pedagogy and subject matter expertise into market-leading products that challenge and grow all students. A Curriculum Content Developer also acts as a project manager. 3+ years of experience developing content for K-12 students for publication at the state or national level2+ years of teaching experienceProven effectiveness at leading teams, working across teams, and/or participating in the design of a curriculum at the direction of an organizations leadershipProven effectiveness at reviewing content for standards alignment, clarity, and cohesionStrong familiarity with both digital and print development projectsStrong understanding of grade-appropriate content, college- and career-ready standards, and pedagogyCurrent on relevant researchAbility to adhere to client requirements and deadlinesSignificant experience working in publishing tools (Content templates, InCopy, assessment platforms, etc.)Belief that all students are capable of engaging in rigorous, meaningful workHourly rate range: $45 - $60/Hour or flat per deliverable depending on the specifics of the contractRate range is based on experience and project specifications.
