Working under the direction of the Senior Director of Curriculum and Assessment, the Curriculum Initiatives Manager supports the execution, organization, and continuous improvement of our proprietary curriculum at the LeafSpring Schools Corporate Office. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about early childhood education and school-age recreation. Why Join LeafSpring Schools? Paid time off and holidays (including your birthday) Bonus eligibility Collaborative, mission-driven team Career growth and advancement opportunities Opportunity to impact curriculum across multiple schools Key Responsibilities Support development, revision, and organization of curriculum materials Maintain curriculum within digital platforms and coordinate distribution and onboarding Provide ongoing support to schools and respond to curriculum requests Support accreditation, data organization, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts Travel to schools to support implementation, training, and curriculum initiatives (approximately 15% of time) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field 2-3 years of experience in education or curriculum-related work Strong understanding of early childhood best practices Excellent organization and attention to detail Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Experience with play-based approaches (Reggio Emilia, Montessori) preferred Apply Today.
