JOB SUMMARY

This position serves as the central coordinator for professional learning aligned with the division's strategic plan. The role translates strategic priorities into coherent professional learning systems, frameworks, and pathways that strengthen instructional capacity across the division. This position designs strategies and structures that build educator capacity to implement high-quality instructional frameworks, technologies, and evidence-based practices. The role supports the division s commitment to educator efficacy, personalized learning pathways, innovation, instructional coherence, and data-informed continuous improvement. This position reports to the Director of Professional Learning.

Job Description SALARY:

FY26 Grade 15: $103,548 - $167,852 per year (competitive benefits) This position is effective July 1, 2026. Annualized compensation will be published upon approval of the FY27 salary scales and will reflect amounts for Steps 1-20.
