Responsibilities:
- + Produce curriculum design, organize educational content, and provide e-learning module creation + Develops training materials, manages curriculum creation, and designs e-learning modules for OSINT skills + Supports leading instructional development, establishes new tradecraft TTPs, and supervises training design
- Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- + •Junior•: Bachelor s degree in a related business area with 3 years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or 7 years of experience + •
Mid-level:
- Bachelor s degree in a related business area with 8 years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or 10 years of experience +
- Senior
- : Master s degree in a related business area with 12 years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or a Bachelor s degree with 17 years of experience
- Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- + Intelligence Community experience preferred. + Instructional design supporting Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) or intelligence discipline desired. \#EKS01 #LI-TO1

Full-Time Salary Range:
$97008 - $164914 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.Employee Benefits:
