SALARY RANGE
123,632 - 147,623 - Experience increments depend on experience in the same or similar position. Promotion or transfer placements will be determined by percentage of increase and consideration of appropriate experience credit.EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Prepare and manage budget and iGrant/EGMS applications in coordination with other district personnel.Coordinate and align Title I, LAP and other state and federal programs under the Special Programs umbrella within the department and with district programs.
Assist building and district instructional leaders to refine practices related to improving the academic performance of students who are not currently meeting grade level expectations in grades K-12.Assist administrators and building teams in formulating program goals and objectives following existing policies and procedures for their achievement in the school.
Facilitate the use of data to drive instruction, including assisting building teams with implementation and continuous improvement of supplemental programs.
Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration with district staff to solve problems, resolve conflicts, and plan for continuous program improvement.
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate professional learning, including the development and delivery of adult learning in collaboration with Curriculum and Instruction, Teaching and Learning, Student Support Services, and other relevant departments.
Work collaboratively with instructional coaches and interventionists to facilitate learning in instructional strategies, assessment practices, and adult learning.
Screen, interview, and recommend for hiring new staff, complete transfers to new assignments, and work with personnel issues of Title/LAP staff.
Evaluate performance of Title/LAP staff in accordance with district guidelines and support ongoing performance improvement.
Assist in maintaining adequate and complete records to ensure compliance with state and federal audit requirements.
Develop, organize, present and conduct workshops, in-service sessions, trainings, and informational meetings for various groups. Partner with parents and community organizations to plan and support Title/LAP Parent & Family Engagement activities.
Assist buildings and Special Programs staff with planning, implementation, and documentation for federal and state supplemental programs.
Perform related duties as required by the Chief Academic Officer.
