The Role We are looking for elite CycleStar Instructors who can walk into a packed theater and command every bike. You curate the ride, the music, the energy, and the experience — and you do it at the level our members expect from the best studio in the world. Requirements Minimum 2 years of boutique spin/indoor cycling instruction experience — we are looking for seasoned performers, not people still finding their voice on the mic Have ridden with CycleBar a minimum of 3 times prior to applying — you must understand the brand, the format, and what our riders experience Have taken class specifically at CycleBar Culver City — knowing our studio, our community, and our standard is non-negotiable 6am availability — early morning classes are a core part of our schedule and your willingness to show up for them matters Flexibility to sub for teammates when needed — we operate as a team and support each other Ability to hold your own schedule: instructors may not sub out their assigned classes more than 3 times per quarter — if you are on the schedule, you show up What you bring Commanding stage presenceDeep music knowledgeStrong cueingCommunity-builderRhythm-based instructionPerformance-based instructionHigh emotional intelligenceProfessional reliability Why this matters for your career Teaching at the #1 CycleBar in the world is a credential.
