We are a competitive studio in Dublin, CA with styles including hip hop, contemporary, jazz, ballet, and tap. Our studio aims to provide foundational and progressive technique classes, while allowing space for students to explore artistic individuality, teaching dance history, and building a safe community environment. Classes include several levels of tap technique classes (from ages 7-18 years old) and competitive team rehearsals. Responsibilities Design and teach comprehensive lesson plans, for beginner to advanced students Manage classroom environments effectively, ensuring safety, discipline, and positive engagement among students Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to help students improve their technique Organize and oversee rehearsals or performances that showcase student progress and build confidence Qualifications Experience teaching ballet, jazz, or tap with a strong understanding of technique, choreography, and history Ability to develop engaging curriculum content suitable for diverse age groups and skill levels Excellent classroom management skills to foster a respectful and motivating learning environment Experience working with children, teens, or adults in educational or performance settings Strong communication skills for clear instruction and positive student interactions Background in choreography, lesson planning, or curriculum development preferred Please email your resume and 1-2 work samples to to apply!
