We are a performance-based dance company focused on technical excellence, artistry, confidence, resilience, and community. We are currently hiring instructors in several areas and are especially interested in candidates who are committed to proper technique and quality training. Current OpeningsPreschool & Early Childhood Dance Instructor We are seeking an energetic and nurturing instructor who enjoys working with dancers ages 3-6.

Responsibilities include:

Creative movement Pre-ballet Tiny Tots dance classes Beginning tumbling and movement skills Building classroom confidence and structure Creating a positive first dance experience for young students Experience working with young children is strongly preferred. Ballet Instructor We are seeking a knowledgeable ballet instructor with strong technical training.

Ideal candidates will:

Teach proper ballet technique and terminology Develop strength, flexibility, alignment, and artistry Work with dancers ranging from beginner through advanced levels Maintain high standards while creating a positive learning environment Experience in classical ballet training is preferred. Acro & Tumbling Instructor We are seeking an experienced acro instructor to teach progressive acro and tumbling skills.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of proper progressions and spotting techniques Experience teaching flexibility, strength, balances, limbering, walkovers, aerial progressions, and acro foundations Ability to work with recreational and competitive dancers Acrobatic Arts certification is a plus but not required Contemporary / Lyrical Instructor We are seeking an instructor with strong technical training and artistry.

Ideal candidates will:

Teach contemporary and lyrical technique Create engaging combinations and progressions Develop movement quality, performance skills, and storytelling Challenge advanced dancers while maintaining proper technical foundations Competition and choreography experience is preferred. Advanced Hip-Hop Instructor We are seeking an instructor capable of teaching intermediate and advanced hip-hop classes.

Ideal candidates will:

Teach foundational and advanced hip-hop technique Create engaging choreography and combinations Maintain a positive and motivating classroom environment Help students develop performance quality and confidence Qualifications Previous teaching experience Strong technical background Excellent classroom management and communication skills Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Ability to work with students of varying ages and ability levels High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree or higher preferred Schedule Part-Time Evening Hours Classes are primarily held: Monday-Thursday Between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM Schedules will be determined based on studio needs and instructor availability. Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience, training, certifications, and assigned responsibilities.
