Dance Instructor Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dance Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in dance education and a strong commitment to working with students of all ages. As a Dance Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching various dance styles, fostering creativity, and promoting a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate dance curriculum for students
• Instruct students in techniques such as ballet, theater, and other dance styles
• Provide guidance and feedback to help students improve their skills
• Manage classroom dynamics and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan performances and recitals
• Stay updated on current trends in dance education and incorporate new ideas into lessons

Requirements:

• Experience working with students in a classroom setting
• Knowledge of childhood development principles
• Familiarity with ballet, theater, and other dance styles
• Background in early childhood education or special education is a plus
• Strong classroom management skills
