Join the Adaa Dance Team - Now Hiring Passionate Dance Instructors! Are you a trained dancer looking to share your love for movement and performance with a vibrant and welcoming community? Maybe you're not trained specifically in Bollywood, but you're excited to learn and grow in a new style? If so, we'd love to meet you! Hi! We're Adaa Dance , and we're currently looking to expand our teaching team. We're especially interested in dance instructors with a strong foundation in any dance style (jazz, hip hop, contemporary, classical, Latin, folkloric, etc.) who are open to learning and teaching Bollywood dance . Experience in folkloric or cultural dance forms is a big bonus. We'll provide support and resources to help you develop your Bollywood dance vocabulary — what matters most is that you bring skill, energy, and a genuine love for teaching. We offer classes 7 days a week , and are ideally looking for someone who can take on 1-5 classes weekly. You may be working with kids as young as 2.5 years old , so a love for working with children is key!

Take free classes at the studio Have a percentage of any outside workshops you attend covered by Adaa Attend staff outings and meet other dance educators in the area Host your own workshops and build your teaching experience Perform at cultural events and community gatherings Work with a diverse, passionate, and supportive team

What You'll Do:

Teach classes to a wide range of students with patience and creativity Choreograph routines for shows and community performances Plan and deliver engaging lessons that show progress Communicate clearly with students and parents Edit music and help prepare for shows Arrive early, connect with families, and be a positive presence in the studio Help create a calm, welcoming atmosphere for kids and families

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have at least 3 years of teaching experience in any dance style Be comfortable working with young children (starting at age 2.5) Be open to learning Bollywood dance if not already trained Be available for weekend and/or evening classes Be passionate, coachable, and a team player Have strong communication skills Be warm, approachable, and excited to connect with students and families

Bonus:

Experience with folkloric or cultural dance styles
