This dual-role position combines hands-on instruction in tractor operation and maintenance with front-desk responsibilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for students, parents, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching youth and adults, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate strong classroom management abilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire learners while maintaining smooth administrative operations in a lively educational setting. Duties Deliver engaging tractor operation lessons to students of various age groups, emphasizing safety, technical skills, and practical application Develop and implement curriculum tailored to different skill levels, from beginner to advanced tractor handling Manage classroom activities effectively, fostering a positive learning environment that encourages participation and confidence Provide personalized coaching and tutoring to students needing extra support or guidance in tractor-related skills Oversee daily reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining visitor logs Maintain organized records of student progress, attendance, and safety certifications Ensure the safety of all participants during practical training sessions by enforcing safety protocols and supervising equipment use Requirements Proven experience in teaching or coaching youth programs, especially related to machinery or agricultural equipment Strong background in classroom management with the ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels Excellent communication skills for effective instruction and front-desk interactions Prior experience in adult education or childcare is a plus Knowledge of tractor operation, maintenance, and safety procedures is highly desirable Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to foster a positive learning atmosphere while maintaining discipline and safety standards Join us in empowering learners through hands-on education while delivering exceptional reception services!
