Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Tumble Instructor to lead dynamic tumbling dance classes for children of various ages and skill levels. In this role, you will inspire confidence, promote physical activity, and foster a fun, safe environment where young dancers can develop their tumbling and acrobatic skills. Your passion for teaching and coaching will help children build strength, coordination, and self-esteem while ensuring they enjoy every moment in our vibrant facility. Duties Lead engaging tumbling classes focused on safety, technique, and fun for children of different ages and abilities Monitor participants closely to ensure safety standards are maintained during all activities Develop customized lesson plans that cater to individual skill levels and progressions Foster a supportive environment that encourages teamwork, confidence, and enjoyment of physical activity Manage behavior effectively through positive behavior management strategies to maintain a respectful class atmosphere Collaborate with other instructors and staff to coordinate events, competitions, or special classes Qualifications Prior experience as a tumble instructor or in sports coaching, teaching, or childcare roles is highly preferred Experience working with children and managing group behavior in active settings Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage young learners effectively Passion for promoting physical activity, sportsmanship, and healthy lifestyles Join us as a Tumble Instructor to make a positive impact on children's lives through active play!
