This is a role for an educator who takes their work seriously. Someone who can lead a focused classroom, develop strong dancers, and contribute to a culture built on high standards and professionalism is a perfect candidate for this position. Responsibilities Teach structured ballet classes with strong technical foundation Create organized, progressive lesson plans for all levels Maintain a disciplined, focused classroom environment Provide clear, consistent corrections and feedback Prepare choreography for showcase performances Track attendance and meet all studio deadlines Expectations Reliable, punctual, and consistently prepared Strong classroom management and leadership presence Clear and professional communication Commitment to dancer growth and long-term development Alignment with a team-driven, high-standard environment Qualifications Strong background in classical ballet training Teaching experience preferred Ability to work with multiple age groups Detail-oriented and structured approach to teaching About Studio 61 Studio 61 is a training-focused dance studio committed to excellence in both technique and character.
