Classroom Teaching Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a kind, passionate, and experienced Ballet Instructor to join our 2026-2027 team. We are seeking a candidate who is comfortable teaching children between the ages of 7 and 14 years old. Teacher must be able to teach the following styles: ballet, pbt, and pointe work.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct dance classes for students of different age groups and skill levels
• Develop and implement a strong ballet program that will foster growth and progression
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve
• Create a positive and structured learning environment for all students
• Choreograph dance pieces for recitals

Qualifications:

• Excellent class management skills
• Knowledge of various dance styles such as ballet, pbt, and pointe work
• Encouraging and inspiring
