Job Summary We are seeking a vibrant and dedicated Dance & Tumbling Instructor to inspire children through energetic dance routines and tumbling activities. In this role, you will develop engaging lesson plans, lead classes with enthusiasm, and foster a positive environment that encourages creativity, confidence, and physical development. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on young students' lives while showcasing your talents in dance, tumbling, and child development. Duties Design and implement fun, age-appropriate dance and tumbling curriculum tailored to children's skill levels Lead classes confidently while maintaining classroom management and behavior support Foster a safe, inclusive environment that encourages participation and self-expression Develop creative lesson plans incorporating various dance styles such as ballet and theater arts Manage classroom logistics efficiently, ensuring all equipment is used safely and appropriately Collaborate with other instructors to enhance program quality and consistency Experience Prior experience teaching dance or tumbling to children or early childhood education settings Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management Experience working with children of diverse needs, including special education or preschool age groups Knowledge of ballet, theater arts, or other dance forms highly desirable Familiarity with behavior management strategies and childhood development principles Skills in photography or multimedia documentation are a plus Previous experience in childcare or working with students in educational environments Join us to inspire movement, boost confidence, and create joyful learning experiences for children!
