Resurgence Hall hosts a daily aftercare program exclusively for Resurgence Hall scholars. The aftercare program consists of supervising scholars during outdoor recess time, leading enrichment activities during after care, and monitoring scholars during quiet reading time as they wait for their families to pick them up. Responsibilities Plan and lead an aftercare program for grades K-8; Provide an inviting, exciting, innovative, learning environment after the school day; Plan and lead safe, organized, and exciting daily recess activities; Engage in effective and appropriate school-wide classroom management; Accept and incorporate feedback and coaching from administrative staff; Perform other duties, as deemed appropriate, by the Manager of Operations and School Services. Qualifications/Certification
- HS diploma or equivalent and above. Prior Experience
- At least 1 year prior experience teaching, coaching, or working with elementary and/or middle school (K-8), experience teaching in a low-income community, and a demonstrated passion for arts and/or athletics. Start Date
- July 13, 2026 Hourly-part time
- Monday
- Friday 1PM
- 6PM, or 12PM
- 5PM. There will also be additional required paid training days/hours. Compensation
