This energetic role involves designing engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive learning environment, and nurturing students' creativity and confidence. As a Jazz Dance Instructor, you will lead classes that emphasize technique, musicality, and self-expression while ensuring safety and inclusivity for all participants. Join us in creating an exciting space where dance becomes a powerful form of art and personal growth! Duties Develop comprehensive curriculum plans that incorporate jazz dance techniques, choreography, and performance skills tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Lead engaging, energetic dance classes that motivate students to improve their skills while having fun. Manage classroom dynamics effectively by implementing behavior management strategies and maintaining a positive, inclusive atmosphere. Provide personalized feedback and tutoring to help students refine their technique and achieve their dance goals. Incorporate elements of theater, music, and rhythm to enhance students' understanding of dance as an expressive art form. Foster a safe environment by adhering to proper safety protocols during movement activities and ensuring equipment is used responsibly. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, or program coordinators to track student progress and celebrate achievements. Experience Experience in dance
