In this role, you will develop engaging curriculum, foster a positive learning environment, and help students of all ages unlock their creative potential. Whether working with children, teens, or adults, your energy and expertise will ignite confidence, skill development, and a love for movement. Duties Design and implement innovative dance and acro curriculum tailored to various skill levels and age groups Lead energetic classes that emphasize technique, creativity, safety, and fun Manage classroom dynamics effectively to ensure a respectful and inclusive environment Provide personalized feedback to students to encourage progress and confidence Collaborate with colleagues on lesson planning, special events, performances, and community outreach initiatives Skills Strong background in contemporary dance styles and acrobatics (acro) technique Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to motivate students of all ages Proven ability to work with children, preschoolers, or adults in educational set Effective communication skills for working with students, parents, and team members Join us as a Contemporary and Acro Instructor to inspire movement enthusiasts of all backgrounds!
