The ideal candidate is confident teaching both private lessons and group classes, and enjoys helping students grow in a supportive, engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

Teach private and group dance lessons for adults and/or kids Choreograph routines for weddings, showcases, and performances Adapt teaching style to meet individual student goals and levels Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic classroom environment Collaborate with team members for events, parties, and studio activities

Schedule:

Evening availability required (4:00 PM - 9:00 PM) Weekend availability preferred Flexible scheduling

Qualifications:

Strong background in ballroom dance (Silver level or higher preferred) and/or Latin styles (salsa, bachata, etc.) Previous teaching experience preferred but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working with beginners and experienced dancers alike
