Base Hourly Rate + Performance Bonuses & Revenue Share (Uncapped Earning Potential) About Us At American Taekwondo Academy, we have built a reputation for excellence, discipline, and community through our martial arts programs. Now, we are expanding our horizons. We want to maximize our facility space and serve more families in our community by launching a brand-new Dance Program. We aren't looking for a temporary guest instructor to just watch the clock. We are looking for an artistic, business-minded leader to build, run, and scale this dance program from the ground up. If you love choreography, thrive on community building, and want your paycheck to directly reflect the growth of your program, this role is for you. The Opportunity:
Grow as We Grow We believe in rewarding ownership and entrepreneurial drive. This position features a performance-tied compensation structure. You will start with a smaller base pay per class, but as you successfully enroll and retain students, you will earn a direct percentage of the program's monthly revenue. The larger your classes grow, the more you earn. Key Responsibilities Teach & Direct:
Lead engaging, high-quality dance classes for kids ages 4-12, teens, and/or adults in styles such as Hip-Hop, K-Pop, Jazz, Acro-Dance, Contemporary, etc.) Program Development:
Design a progressive curriculum, choose music, and manage choreography for classes and future seasonal showcases or performances. Drive Enrollment:
Actively market the new dance program to our existing student base (including the siblings and parents of our martial arts students) and the wider local community. Retention & Culture:
Foster an inclusive, positive, and encouraging studio culture where students build confidence and a love for movement. Program Admin:
Manage class rosters, coordinate performance schedules, and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the dance training space. Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Prefer experience teaching dance classes, preferably with a track record of working with children and managing classroom behavior. Dance Expertise:
Strong technical background in popular commercial styles (Hip-Hop, Jazz, K-Pop, Pop-Jazz, or modern urban styles, etc.) that appeal to a broad demographic. The "It" Factor:
