In this role, you will develop engaging dance curricula, deliver dynamic lessons, and foster a positive learning environment that encourages creativity, discipline, and confidence. Whether working with children, teens, or adults, you will motivate students to achieve their personal best while cultivating their love for dance. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of dancers through innovative teaching methods and personalized guidance. Duties Design and implement comprehensive dance curricula tailored to different age groups and skill levels, incorporating techniques from Ballet, Modern, Jazz, and Hip Hop styles Lead engaging dance classes that emphasize technique, choreography, musicality, and performance skills Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, respectful, and motivating environment for all students Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement Prepare students for performances by choreographing routines and coordinating rehearsals Incorporate elements of theater, storytelling, or photography into dance lessons to enhance artistic expression Maintain detailed lesson plans and classroom records to track student development and attendance Skills Strong background in Ballet, Modern dance, Jazz, Hip Hop, and other contemporary dance styles Proven ability in teaching students of various ages including children in early childhood education or preschool settings Excellent classroom management skills with a focus on behavior management and childhood development principles Ability to work effectively with children, teenagers, and adult learners in both educational and recreational contexts Knowledge of theater arts and performance techniques to enrich dance instruction Skills in photography or videography for documenting performances or creating promotional content Experience in working with special education needs or inclusive classroom environments Competence in childcare or childcare-related activities such as sewing costumes or preparing props for performances Passion for dancing combined with strong communication skills to motivate students and foster a love for movement Join us in inspiring dancers of all ages!
