Job Description

Description:
KUMA is a women-centered, body-neutral kickboxing gym focused on building strength, confidence, and community. We're looking for someone who loves working with kids and wants to help them feel strong, capable, and supported. This role is perfect for a teacher, childcare provider, or anyone who enjoys working with girls ages 7-10. No kickboxing experience required—we'll train you. Must be available for a 3:00pm class time. What you'll do: Lead fun, structured classes for kids Create a positive, encouraging environment Help kids build coordination, confidence, and teamwork What we're looking for: Someone who genuinely enjoys working with kids Energetic, patient, and supportive Reliable and consistent
