Job Description

Join Our Vibrant Dance Community in St. Cloud, MN! Are you ready to lead our vibrant dance community in the St. Cloud and surrounding areas? We're on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic General Manager/Dance Instructor to join our team. Be a part of a fun-loving community that is passionate about inspiring kids through dance. Assistant Manager Position at Tippi Toes St.
Cloud:
Oversee and support a team of enthusiastic Dance Instructors, manage the onboarding, training and assist in hiring. Ensure the smooth execution of the dance curriculum with set choreography (No choreography creation involved in this position). Oversee new school/childcare acquisition strategy, makes cold calls and follows up on leads to regularly add new accounts. Explore opportunities for additional revenue (parties, camps, etc.) and actively seek new student enrollment. Attend special events, open houses and parent meet & greets to promote the Tippi Toes brand and expand our reach. Collaborate closely with Franchise Owner to maximize business opportunities, improve processes and track performance. Location & Schedule Tippi Toes serves schools throughout the St. Cloud and surrounding areas (Sartell, Sauk Rapids, St. Joe, Becker, Clearwater, Monticello, Elk River, Ramsey).
Compensation:
$25 per hour / $15 per hour during training period Various bonus opportunities: Based on adding new classes and other revenue drivers such as parties, events, and camps. Cloud:
Able to develop strong relationships with potential schools/daycare centers while guiding the process Proven leader who can manage, train and develop instructors. Works well independently Ability to learn monthly lesson plans Tenacity and self-motivation: high energy level, self-starter with positive attitude Strong interpersonal communication skills - both verbal and written Proven selling/sales track record of exceeding goals Must have a current driver's license and access to a car. Background check required. Dance experience preferred. Travel within Franchise territory as required.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Training:
Hire and onboard teachers/instructors, ensuring high standards.
Teacher Support:
Provide daily coaching and feedback to teachers for class excellence.
Class Management:
Oversee classroom setups and ensure operational efficiency.
Enrollment & Promotion:
Facilitate easy enrollment processes and promote Tippi Toes programs.
Scheduling:
Manage teacher schedules and coordinate classes.
Liaison Work:
Act as a bridge between School Directors, teachers, and the Franchise Owner.
Student Enrollment:
Regularly add new students, aiming for classes with a minimum of 10 students.
Revenue Growth:
Explore opportunities for additional revenue (parties, camps, etc.). Activley work with Franchise Owner to onboard new schools
Quality Assurance:
Regularly observe classes and uphold Tippi Toes standards and guidelines.
