Job Description

Overview Join our team at Elevate Ballet Company, LLC as a Dance Teacher and inspire students of all ages to discover the joy of movement! In this teaching role, you will craft engaging dance lessons, foster a positive learning environment, and nurture each student's unique talents. Whether working with children, teens, or adults, your passion for dance will ignite confidence and creativity in every class. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your teaching skills while making a meaningful impact through the art of dance. Duties Develop and teach dance lessons and choreography for ballet, jazz, contemporary, and/or tumble/gymnastics Lead energetic classes that promote technique, coordination, rhythm, and artistry Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all students Plan engaging lesson plans that incorporate elements of choreography, performance preparation, and creative expression Maintain records of attendance, and recognize student achievements/progress Skills Strong background in dance styles such as ballet, jazz, tumble, or contemporary dance with practical classroom experience Experience in choreography and collaboration skills. Excellent classroom management skills, able to maintain structure while encouraging creativity Skills in behavior management and creating an inclusive environment for diverse learners Join us and help students unlock their potential through movement while enjoying a supportive environment that values growth, creativity, and fun. Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
