Responsibilities Lead engaging chess lessons tailored to different age groups and skill levels, from beginners to advanced players Develop customized lesson plans that promote strategic thinking, patience, and sportsmanship Create a lively classroom atmosphere that encourages participation, curiosity, and enjoyment of the game Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring all students stay focused and motivated Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their techniques and understanding of chess strategies Organize friendly tournaments and activities to foster camaraderie and practical application of skills Communicate clearly with students, parents, or program coordinators about progress and upcoming events Requirements Proven experience in coaching or teaching chess, youth programs, or similar educational settings Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students of diverse backgrounds and ages Experience working with children in classroom or tutoring environments Excellent classroom management abilities to maintain a positive learning environment Knowledge of chess rules, strategies, and instructional techniques suitable for various skill levels Ability to motivate learners and adapt teaching methods as needed Prior experience in childcare or education-related roles is a plus Join us in inspiring minds through the timeless game of chess!
