Dance Teacher - Adult Classes

Dance Connection is seeking enthusiastic, experienced dance educators to join our growing adult programs across both of our Long Island locations. We're building a team of teachers who love working with recreational adult students and know how to create a class experience that keeps people coming back. What you'll teach We offer both traditional class formats and themed specialty workshops. Traditional styles include ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, and modern. Themed classes range from pop star showcases to artist-specific tributes — if you've got a creative concept and the skills to pull it off, we want to hear about it. We offer weekly classes and regular drop-in classes. Who we're looking for Experienced dance teachers with a passion for adult recreational programming Comfortable leading weekly classes, ongoing drop-in classes, and one-time workshops Creative, energetic, and reliable — students count on a great experience every time Knowledgeable in one or more styles: ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, modern, or specialty/themed formats Strong communicators who can connect with adult learners of all backgrounds and skill levels What we offer Dance Connection is committed to supporting our teachers professionally and personally.
