Dance Teacher

Kibler Dance Academy (KDA) is growing and looking for fun, energetic individuals to join our team! For over 20 years, KDA has been recognized as a leading dance studio in our area. With over 300 eager dancers, we are looking for engaging, enthusiastic and responsible Teachers who love to have FUN in the studio. KDA is seeking part-time Dance Teachers for our Fall 2026 programming. Our classes run September - May weekdays after 4:00pm and Saturday mornings with a culminating May performance. Candidates with expertise teaching students ages 3-10 in the areas of Acro, Creative Movement, Lyrical, Ballet, Jazz, Tap and Hip Hop are encouraged to apply. Essential Functions Prepare class material and choreography aligned with students' ages and abilities Lead organized and educational dance classes for students Apply appropriate classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and fun environment Provide positive and corrective feedback to all students Follow established Kibler Dance Academy policies and procedures Communicate and collaborate with Kibler Dance Academy staff members Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional teaching experience Experience working with children ages 3-10 Must be reliable, organized and punctual Must have strong communication and time management skills Ability to meet deadlines Ability to respond in real-time to a dynamic classroom environment
